Federal Sex Harassment Guidance Might Be Chopped: EEOC Attorney

New workplace sexual harassment guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission may not actually see the light of day, according to a top lawyer with the federal civil rights agency.

The guidance has been on hold since November 2017, pending clearance from the White House’s Office of Management and Budget. Acting commission Chair Victoria Lipnic told Bloomberg Law in June that she has been “very persistent in trying to move it along.”
