The National Labor Relations Board will reconsider its Trump-era legal framework for assessing whether workplace rules violate federal labor law.
The board Thursday invited the public to file briefs on whether it should overrule its 2017 decision in Boeing Co.—which made it easier for companies to impose rules on their workers—and subsequent rulings that applied the standard.
