Federal Job Rights Agency Must Pay CRST $1.9M in Legal Fees

The EEOC must pay delivery company CRST Van Expedited close to $1.9 million in attorneys’ fees for pursuing class sexual harassment claims against the company that it knew or should have known were frivolous, a federal judge ruled (EEOC v. CRST Van Expedited, Inc., 2017 BL 336505, N.D. Iowa, No. 07-CV-95, 9/22/17).
