The advocacy group Public Citizen is back in federal court seeking to force OSHA to again release on-the-job injury and illness data from around 230,000 employers.
The organization already won a court victory forcing the release of Occupational Safety and Health Administration numbers for 2016 through 2018. Now the dispute is about release of the statistics for 2019, according to the lawsuit Public Citizen filed Monday at the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia.
