It’s impractical to expect employers to be able to collect and report by May 31, 2019, on the new types of pay data required by the U.S. government in its revised EEO-1 form, employer groups told a federal judge.
The deadline for initial compliance with the revised EEO-1 form should instead be spring 2020, DirectEmployers Association Inc. and the American Society of Employers say in the April 1 filing.
Most private employers with 100 or more workers must file an EEO-1 report annually with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Judge
