Eighth Circuit Stays Consideration of Sex Orientation Bias Case

A gay sales and marketing executive will have to wait a little longer to find out if a St. Louis nursing-care provider committed sex discrimination when it pulled his job offer after he inadvertently disclosed his same-sex marriage.
