Eighth Circuit Denies Request by EEOC
For Full Court Review on Presuit Process

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit June 8 denied a request by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission seeking review by the full court on the issue of whether the agency must investigate and otherwise satisfy its presuit obligations as to each individual claimant before filing a class lawsuit under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act (EEOC v. CRST Van Expedited Inc., 8th Cir., 09-3764, 6/8/12).
