EEOC, NLRB to Comply with Trump Order to Ease Up On Guidance

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will follow an executive order advising agencies to avoid treating guidance as enforceable by law, a move that could alter the number of documents employers rely on, lawyers and advocates said.

The EEOC joins the National Labor Relations Board in complying with President Donald Trump‘s executive order, even though both are independent regulatory agencies and not required to do so.
