EEOC, MVP Settle Suit Alleging Sex, Race Bias in Client Staffing

Nationwide staffing agency MVP and offshoot MVP Workforce LLC will pay $568,500, and MVP Workforce will implement a process for identifying qualified workers for temporary job assignments regardless of sex or race, in order to end an EEOC lawsuit and three private cases, Illinois federal court records show.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced the pact Monday after it was signed by Judge John Z. Lee of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
