EEOC Hits Florida IHOP With Group Sexual Harassment Suit

An IHOP franchisee in Plantation, Fla., is accused in a new lawsuit of subjecting a female server and a class of other current and former female employees to sexual harassment at the hands of the store’s owner.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of the women by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission March 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
