EEOC, CRST Settle Sexual Harassment Case
For $50,000 After Remand by Eighth Circuit

A federal district court in Iowa Feb. 11 dismissed the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s long-running sexual harassment lawsuit against trucking company CRST Van Expedited Inc. following the parties’ $50,000 settlement of the sole remaining claim in the case (EEOC v. CRST Van Expedited Inc., N.D. Iowa, 1:07-cv-00095-LRR, 1:07-cv-00095, 2/11/13).
