EEOC Accuses Nationwide Staffer MVP of Systemic Race, Sex Bias

Nationwide employment placement company Personnel Staffing Group LLC systematically refuses to refer or place Black and female job applicants and employees for work with some of its clients because of their race or sex, the EEOC charges in a new federal lawsuit in Chicago.

The suit was filed Wednesday on behalf of Norman Green and similarly situated Black applicants and employees, and Qiana Matthews, Keeona Person, and similarly situated female applicants and employees.
