Delta Air Lines Interfered in Election, Union Says (2)

A union seeking to represent flight attendants and below-wing workers at Delta Air Lines filed charges with a federal board alleging election interference, the union announced May 15.

The charges, filed with the National Mediation Board, come after an anti-union leaflet from Delta went viral. It told workers to buy a video game system instead of paying union dues.

The International Association of Machinists is in the process of gathering union interest cards that would allow it to hold elections to organize the two groups of workers.
