Deloitte Will Pay $275,000 to Resolve Pay Bias Charges (1)

Deloitte Services LP will pay $275,000 in back wages and interest to 34 female employees in technology services as part of a discrimination settlement that also requires the company to provide training to managers who oversee compensation decisions at its Tennessee and Georgia locations, the U.S. Labor Department said.

The company denies that it discriminated against the women, the DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs said in a statement Thursday on the agreement. Deloitte Services, a federal contractor, is a division of Deloitte LLP, a nationwide provider of audit, consulting, tax and advisory services.
