De Niro Worker’s Job Bias Case Interrupts Fiduciary Breach Suit

The production company of Hollywood legend Robert De Niro saw its breach-of-fiduciary-duty lawsuit against a former vice president of production finance stayed while the parties and De Niro litigate her separate sex and pay discrimination and overtime pay suit.

The New York Supreme Court granted Graham Chase Robinson’s request to pause Canal Productions Inc.'s earlier-filed state court lawsuit against her in favor of her later-filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
