Darden Restaurants Beats Advocacy Group’s Suit Alleging Pay Bias

Darden Restaurants Inc. won its bid to dismiss a lawsuit alleging that its cash wage and tipping policies encourage sexual harassment and racially disparate wages, after a federal court in California said the plaintiff, One Fair Wage Inc., lacked Title VII standing to sue.
