Court Sides With Discharged Truck Driver,
Citing Company’s Refusal to Turn Over Video

A black truck driver in Alabama who was fired for damaging a company trailer showed that his termination may have been racially motivated because his employer refused to provide video evidence similar to that used in support of its decision to fire a white driver, a federal judge in the state ruled March. 1 (King v.
