Court Awards $4.5 Million in Legal Fees
To Trucking Firm That Prevailed in EEOC Suit

An interstate trucking company that successfully defended an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sexual harassment class suit may recover $4.56 million in attorneys’ fees, expenses, and costs against the commission, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa ruled Feb. 9 (EEOC v. CRST Van Expedited Inc.).
