Contractor Sentinel to Help Employers Mediate Bias Findings

Federal contractors can expect clarification from the Labor Department on how to resolve alleged findings of employment discrimination before a business is sued, and how the agency plans to handle discrimination audits that have been pending for years.

Craig Leen, the director of the department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, said he will issue a directive on how contractors can mediate the agency’s allegations before they’re referred to the Office of the Solicitor for litigation.
