Columbia Grad Students Agree to Bargain Despite No-Strike Clause (1)

Columbia University graduate students and postdoctoral workers will join the university at the bargaining table, after approving a bargaining framework Nov. 27, according to organizing members.

More than 1,975 United Auto Workers Local 2110 members voted on the framework, with 1,035 voting in favor, a union statement said.

Bargaining with the university must begin by Feb. 25, according to the agreed-upon framework.
