Casino Dealer’s Trimmed Wage Suit Moves Forward

Isle of Capri Casino employees in Kansas City can expect to receive notice they may be eligible to join a lawsuit alleging they’ve been underpaid.

The suit alleges Isle of Capri rounded time card entries in a way that shorted employees. It also alleges the casino failed to satisfy requirements that would allow it to pay a lower minimum wage to workers who earn tips as long as customer gratuities carry them to the standard minimum wage.
