The former president and CEO of two companies closely related to SunEdison, Inc., alleging he was terminated because he disclosed what he believed were material misrepresentations about the liquidity of SunEdison can move forward with most of his whistleblower retaliation claims. A federal court dismissed his breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing claims.
