The Supreme Court of New Jersey affirmed in part an appellate court’s grant of summary judgment to the defendants on whistleblower retaliation claims under the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act brought by a County Purchasing Agent whose three-year contract was not renewed by the County of Cape May.
