Chicago Bridge and Iron Company and Lummus Technology Inc. are entitled to a grant of summary judgment on a claim of retaliatory discharge under the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act by a former director of project controls for one of their business units, a federal district court in New Jersey ruled.
