Case: Individual Employment Rights/Severance Pay (Ind. Ct. App.)

A former advertising designer for Bobb Auto Group, LLC is entitled to receive a severance package under the terms of an employment agreement that contained a provision that promised he wouldn’t be terminated without just cause, and that if he was, he would receive a severance package. The employee performed at a satisfactory level, but was fired by new management of Bobb Auto without an explanation or the severance payment.
