Nav Technologies, Inc. failed to establish a likelihood of success on its breach of contract, trademark infringement, and cybersquatting claims against a former employee whose company it acquired in an asset purchase agreement, and it isn’t entitled to a preliminary injunction to stop him from consulting for Pro Finance and Titanium Capital or from starting a free business loan broker directory, a federal court in Utah ruled.
