A federal court in Montana denied cross-motions for summary judgment by Quantpost, Inc. and a former employee in a dispute over his right to exercise his stock options after his termination. They had differing positions over the expiration date of the options, and both interpretations found support in the language of two identical stock agreements at issue. According to Quantpost the options terminated in August 2019, three months after the employee was discharged.
