Advanced Structural Technologies, Inc. is entitled to compel arbitration of a contract dispute with an engineer hired as vice president of its Louisiana power division seeking to rescind his employment contract, including its noncompete provision and other restrictions on his future employment, a federal court in Louisiana ruled.
