A “relationship manager” for JP Morgan Chase Bank in Illinois may not proceed with his claim that Chase interfered with his rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act. Although Chase may not have placed him in the same or an equivalent position to the business banker position he held prior to his FMLA leave because his new position covered a different geographic area and had a potentially different salary, he failed to show that the possible FMLA violation negatively impacted him, given that he voluntarily quit five days after returning from FMLA leave—before Chase had an opportunity to investigate...
