A female contract employee may proceed with her amended complaint alleging a Title VII sexual harassment claim against the Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico that was filed more than 90 days after she received her EEOC right-to-sue letter, because the amended complaint relates back to the date of the timely-filed original complaint that alleged sexual harassment in violation of the New Mexico Human Rights Act.
