A female car sales associate was properly denied a trial on her claim that she was subjected to a sexually hostile work environment, even though the alleged conduct by her supervisor was reprehensible and improper. She only alleges one instance of unwelcome physical contact, one or two statements where the supervisor stated he could “have her” if they weren’t both married and several statements about how he never should have hired a female and wanted to make her cry, and such behavior wasn’t so severe or pervasive as to alter the terms and conditions of her employment under Eighth Circuit...
