A female former employee for a restaurant that was operated by an insurance company in Wisconsin may not proceed with her claim that she was removed from her managerial position and offered continued employment in a position that she couldn’t perform in retaliation for keeping a log about incidents of sexual harassment and complaining about sex discrimination, rather than for performance issues.
