Case: Discrimination/Race Discrimination (S.D. Ohio)

Charter Communications, Inc. is entitled to summary judgment on the race and age discrimination claims in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Ohio law of a 47-year old Black credit service associate terminated after hanging up on a customer, a federal district court ruled.
