The New York City Department of Education is entitled to dismissal of the claims of a Black protected-age teacher that she was discriminated against on the basis of her age and race when she was subjected to unfavorable performance reviews, negative letters being placed in her file, unfair reprimands, inappropriate changes to her work schedule, interruptions during her lunch period, unpleasant assignments, and the initiation of a baseless disciplinary proceeding against her.
