Northumberland County’s motion to dismiss the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and Pennsylvania Human Relations Act race and sex discrimination claims of a Hispanic female probation officer was denied, because she exhausted her administrative remedies, and deportation threats from supervisors, her pay being lower than white peers and her termination with no explanation was sufficient to show her firing was under circumstances inferring unlawful discrimination, a federal district court ruled.
