A federal district court in New York denied summary judgment to Monro, Inc., a nationwide automotive services company, on a terminated district manager diagnosed with cancer’s retaliation claims based on age discrimination, but the court granted summary judgment to Monro on his age discrimination and disability discrimination claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the New York Human Rights Law.
