El Dorado County’s motion for summary judgment is denied on a 57-year-old executive secretary’s claims of age discrimination and retaliation in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act after she was terminated for alleged performance issues during her probationary period, a federal district court ruled.
