Case: Disability Discrimination/Reasonable Accommodation (S.D. Ohio)

Honda North America, Inc. is entitled to summary judgment on claims of disability discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Ohio law, and failure to accommodate under Ohio law, of a recruiter who suffered from anxiety and depression. She asserteded that her health conditions were determining factors in Honda’s conduct towards her and her alleged constructive discharge, and that Honda failed to reasonably accommodate her request to work a modified schedule.
