Verizon New York Inc. was properly granted summary judgment on disabilities discrimination and failure-to-accommodate claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act by a fired field technician with PTSD and depression who didn’t show she was “otherwise qualified” to perform essential functions of her job either with or without a reasonable accommodation, the Second Circuit affirmed.
