A federal district court granted Franciscan Alliance Inc. summary judgment on a terminated director’s Americans with Disabilities Act claims alleging that she was paid less than her temporary replacement, denied the option to step down from her position to a coordinator position, and ultimately fired after filing an EEOC complaint.
