Alabama A&M University is entitled to summary judgment on a fired residential life and housing secretary’s disability discrimination claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act, after she tested positive for Covid-19 and informed the university almost three weeks later, a federal district court ruled.
