BNY Mellon Worker Fired for Facebook Post Lacks Race Bias Proof

A white Bank of New York Mellon Corp. wealth management department manager failed to show she was treated less favorably because of her race than black co-workers who made Facebook posts similar to the one that prompted her firing, the Western District of Pennsylvania ruled.
