Bloomberg Law recently surveyed more than 250 practicing attorneys and asked how they would rate their law firm and the legal profession’s preparedness to address employee well-being. The results interestingly show that respondents are much more confident that their own law firm is prepared to address employee well-being than that the legal profession in general is.
