Amazon Accused of Wage Violations as Couriers’ Joint Employer

A courier for a company that delivers Amazon purchases from a warehouse in Long Island, N.Y., accused the trucking company and the online retailer of failing to pay him overtime (Wu v. Amazon.com, Inc., E.D.N.Y., No. 1:17-cv-02759, complaint filed 5/7/17).
