Albertsons Seeks to Undo $12.6 Million Job Retaliation Loss

Albertsons LLC seeks a new trial or a substantially reduced damages award, arguing a Washington state federal jury’s $12.6 million award to a former employee it found faced retaliation for complaining about alleged sex bias was excessive and otherwise flawed.
