AFL-CIO Sues OSHA to Force Temporary Coronavirus Standard

The nation’s largest federation of labor unions wants a federal court to compel the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to develop an emergency temporary standard that would protect workers from contracting Covid-19 as states and localities slowly reopen.
