The country’s largest union federation has sued the federal labor board over its second set of changes to how the process of unionization in the private sector works.
The AFL-CIO claims the National Labor Relations Board rulemaking, which eliminates its so-called blocking charge policy, was based on “grossly inaccurate data” and otherwise failed to follow the procedures required for federal administrative rulemaking.
