Los Angeles, the epicenter of the latest U.S. coronavirus wave, will turn Dodger Stadium from the country’s biggest Covid-19 testing site into a mass vaccination center to inoculate as many as 12,000 people a day. Last week, cars lined up in the parking lot for drive-thru testing. The stadium will cease being a testing site Monday, with the transition taking place by the end of the week.
