Disney Must Face Suit for Requiring Autistic Child to Wear Mask

Walt Disney Co. must defend claims it discriminated against a seven-year old boy with autism by requiring him to wear a face mask for Covid-19 protection to enter a Disney store in a Pennsylvania mall, a federal district court ruled.

The Eastern District of Pennsylvania found his mother sufficiently alleged her request that the requirement be waived was reasonable and necessary.
