United Behavioral Health must reprocess thousands of mental health coverage claims that it wrongly denied, a federal court in San Francisco ruled Tuesday.
A class of United Behavioral Health plan participants won at trial on their claims that UBH denied mental health and substance abuse treatment coverage to tens of thousands of its members.
